Crafting a Heart Shape Concrete Wall Planter

Material used:

• Foam Board
• Styrofoam
• Sand Paper

Project Steps:

Step 1: Outline the Heart Shape

Start by taking a sunboard and drawing a heart shape.

Step 2: Cut Out the Heart

Carefully cut out the heart shape.

Step 3: Prepare the Styrofoam Base

Now, place this cutout over a Styrofoam base.

Step 4: Create a Styrofoam Heart 

Trace the heart shape on the Styrofoam and cut it out as well.

Step 5: Shape a Sunboard Heart

Create another heart shape with the sunboard.

Step 6: Assemble the Mold

Position the Styrofoam structure within the sunboard heart shape.

Step 7: Pour Cement Mixture

Next, pour the cement mixture into the heart-shaped mold.

Step 8: Allow Drying

Allow it to dry completely before proceeding.

Step 9: Extract the Concrete Structure

With utmost care, extract the concrete structure.

Step 10: Smooth the Surface 

Use sandpaper to smooth the edges and surface.

Step 11: Add Drainage Holes and Soil

Drill two holes into the planter and fill it with soil.

Step 12: Plant Chia Seeds

Now, add Chia seeds for planting.

Step 13: Ready to Hang and Display
